3.4 Only one registered account per person is permitted. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across all associated accounts.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9ab account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.
4.2 You must notify 9ab immediately through the live chat support channel if you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred or may have occurred.
4.3 9ab shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure or your voluntary disclosure of credentials to a third party.
4.4 Your 9ab account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer or sell an account will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.5 9ab reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to your account for security review, identity verification, investigation of suspected misconduct, or compliance with regulatory requirements. Where practical, 9ab will notify you of such suspension and its expected duration.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more is considered dormant. 9ab reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by SMS or email before any such fee is applied. If your dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
9ab accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and authorised retail cash deposit agents. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform's payment page at the time of transaction.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 9ab Wallet within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations. 9ab does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have: (a) completed full KYC verification including CNIC submission; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit using an approved payment method; (c) wagered the full deposit amount at least once on any eligible game or sport; and (d) not violated any provision of these Terms. 9ab targets the following withdrawal processing times, though these are estimates and not guaranteed: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 5 to 30 minutes; SadaPay — up to 2 hours; HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank — same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT; USDT TRC20 — within 2 hours subject to network conditions. Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This requirement exists for anti-money laundering compliance. The exchange rate applied to USDT transactions is the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction processing.
6.1 9ab may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this Section 6.
6.2 All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit-match bonuses is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount received. Free spin winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the winnings value unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Bonus funds and real-money funds are maintained as separate balances in your 9ab Wallet. Real-money funds are used and withdrawn first. 6.6 Members who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive promotional bonus offers. You may manage your marketing preferences in your 9ab account settings.

12.2 The 9ab Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 9ab does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free from technical interruptions. Planned maintenance, third-party system outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services within it.
12.3 9ab's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms — to the extent that any liability cannot be excluded by law — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 9ab's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
13.1 You may close your 9ab account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining real-money wallet balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
13.2 9ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

14.3 Your continued use of the 9ab Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
15.1 9ab operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures of 9ab's licensing jurisdiction.
